Tse Gan is Deloitte’s Cyber and Strategy Risk Leader as well as Financial Services Leader in Southeast Asia. With over 30 years of experience, Tse Gan specializes in advising clients in their appraisal of the effectiveness and efficiency controls implemented to mitigate business and technological risk. In particular, he has played a significant role in the design and implementation of various cyber and technological solutions with clients in the financial services industry, and serves as a trusted advisor to regional, private, and central banks in Asia.

Francis Yeow

Head of Information Security and Country Information Security Officer Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte Ltd

Francis Yeow is currently Head of Information Security and Country Information Security Officer at Parkway Hospitals Singapore. He has more than 17 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity for technology related areas. Francis advises several non-profit organisations and recently found a new interest in mentoring young security professionals about their career development and planning.

In his career, Francis oversees and advises on areas such as technology risk and security reviews, cybercrime investigation, risk and control assurance reviews, technology regulation compliance and assurance, technology governance and policy making as well as regulatory reporting and risk strategising. He works closely with regulators, auditors, compliance officers and senior management in his line of work.

Outside of his work, Francis is a keen advocate for mediation and has been a volunteer mediator at the Community Mediation Centre under the Ministry of Law for more than 7 years.

Francis holds a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore.

Eugene Lam

Deputy CEO of Netrust, SGTech CSC Exco

Eugene Lam is a security professional by trade and is currently the Deputy CEO of Netrust. He is currently responsible for the planning, development and execution of Netrust, the only Commercial Accredited Certification Authority in Singapore that provides digital identities and certificates. Prior to this role, he was the Country Manager of Forcepoint’s Singapore office, an American multinational corporation software company headquartered in Austin, Texas.

Eugene co-founded Titan Security, an Infrastructure Security Systems integrator, in 2013. The company was acquired by Netrust in 2015 and remains a business unit within Netrust.

Chai Yeow Yeoh

Senior Lecturer of Cyber and Network Security

Chai Yeow is a senior lecturer of Cyber and Network Security from the Institute of Technical Education with more than ten years of experience in teaching.

As a lecturer, Chai Yeow has been responsible for teaching students about cyber security, which inspired him to take up and certify himself in various professional certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) in the year 2020 and EC Certified Penetration Tester (EC C|PENT) in 2022, demonstrating his commitments and expertise in the field.

In his free time, Chai Yeow enjoys keeping up with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity, as well as exploring new technologies to prepare students as future cybersecurity workforce.

Ms. Eunice Lau currently serves as the Executive Managing Director of Ingram Micro Singapore, focusing in business areas such as Advanced Solutions, Commercial and Consumer, Unified Communications & Collaboration, and Cyber Security. Leveraging on her 20+ years of experience in vendor management, openness and foresight to new technology, and deep technology domain, Eunice plays a significant role in the management and development of the value-added distribution business within Ingram.

Started in Ingram Micro since 1995, Eunice has taken on different roles in Ingram Micro, primarily business fronting and from sales to product management. She has a history of successfully leading transformational changes for the business in this region. In addition, her expertise in the advanced solutions arena has also been extremely beneficial for the company to achieve the strategic business goals.

Eunice is reputable for her unrelenting focus on quality and efficiency combined with a commitment for her work, as well as being an effective leader who helps to guide, develop, and advance many of her managers. As such, she is very well respected throughout the local and regional operations.

Eunice holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in University of London (Imperial College). She is married with 3 lovely children.
